Solution #1: Opening Up.

A new life, something fresh, the start of something new? Maybe that's what a victim who suffers from an eating disorder thinks to him or herself. Victims who suffer from the disorders is harder for them to start all over on their own. The victim can't stay away from the addiction that maybe they think their fat when in reality they're as skinny as a toothpick. When the reality is that they just need help. Maybe they need someone to help them on their way to a new life. However, they're afraid to speak up. They feel uncomfortable, and not in their skin. Feeling such as if they open up they'll get in trouble or looked at in a different perspective than from before. Victims should talk their problems out. (Segal) However the biggest trouble for the victim with any type of trouble is simply, opening up.

Most of the time opening up can be hard for the victim. Sometimes the main struggle for the individual is finding the right person to talk to about their issue. The fist thing is that the victim needs to, Victim should listen to their true feelings. (Segal) The second thing is that the victim needs to,talk to an adult about the eating disorder. (Segal) However the victim needs to feel secure to tell an adult about their issue. For example if the individual who is struggling with the disorder is taken to the doctor to tell his or her's problems so blunt and straight up the victim might be afraid, insecure. Concluding that true feelings, emotions and the main issue might not even be told.

So who is the right person for an individual who struggles with an eating disorder to open up to? The answer is that the individual
should talk about their deepest issues to the closest people to them. (Segal) Once the victim has opened up he or she, should sort and organize why they are compelled to be Anorexic, Bulimic Etc. (Segal) If the victim can't simply use simple techniques in order to help them with their disorder than maybe they need to talk to their doctor for more help. As soon as the victim visits the doctor he or she should, check up on weight and talk about their weight and the dangers that are being taken place due to the victims weight. (Segal)

In conclusion while the victim has been in their disordered lifestyle he or she normally is stressed. Once the victim has visited the doctor the best recommendations might be that, victims should do activities that get their minds off stress issues. (Segal) Also another thing a victim can do is, spending time with family and friends and being involved in actives that they love is a great way to help victims out of stress. (Segal) Sometimes the things that seem so little to us can be a huge change to a victim. For example, a change of schedule or new menu for the victim can be a tough part in recovering. Wrapping everything up one of "the biggest things that a victim needs to do is learn to trust themselves again." (Segal)
